On 20 February 2012, PSD successfully passed the second control assessment, performed by Bureau Veritas Certification at PSD’s headquarters in Ljubljana. Since being awarded the certificates in 2010, PSD has ensured that regular management reviews, sub-contractor assessments, corrective and preventive measures, compliance management and its analysis, as well as an analysis of all company processes have been carried out.
A reduction in non-compliance was observed during the control assessment. The reason for this lies in the constant management and monitoring of company processes, the inclusion of revision as a mandatory step in the translation process, and consistent compliance with the Quality Manual.
