On 17 February 2011, PSD successfully passed the first control assessment, which was performed by the Bureau Veritas Certification at PSD headquarters in Ljubljana. Since it received the certificates in 2010, PSD has ensured regular management reviews, sub-contractors’ assessments, corrective and preventive measures, non-compliance management and its analysis as well as analysis of all processes in the company.
A reduction in non-compliance was established by the control assessment. The reason for this lies in constant management and monitoring of the processes in the company, the inclusion of revision as a mandatory process in translation and consistent compliance with the Quality Manual.
